The room, for the exclusive use of guests, is located on the first floor of a villa with independent access, has has a double bed and a queen-size bed, free WI-FI, air conditioning, Smart TV, smoke detector, kettle and herbal teas, wardrobe and wall shelf where you can work with a personal computer
The bathroom, shared with guests of room 3, has two sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and wall-mounted hairdryer.
Since it is a shared bathroom with other guests, it must be kept tidy without leaving personal objects and accessories.
The room is rented for a minimum stay of two nights.
The space
Upon your arrival, you can use an external and free parking lot. Enter from the gate using a keypad with code, walk along a path of about 40 meters, find your keys in the safety deposit box, and access the first floor via a white staircase where you will find your accommodation. All the information will be provided when confirming the booking.
In the area outside your room, there is a refreshment area with a small fridge, a kettle, herbal teas, some snacks, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a first aid kit, this is an area that will be shared with the guests in the other two rooms, it must be kept tidy and it is also forbidden to consume food in the room and smoke in the entire area of the B&B.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious and lush garden, the ground floor is inhabited, and everything is for the private and exclusive use of the owners. There is a space under the porch at the entrance dedicated as a smoking area for guests.
