1 What are the departure and arrival times?
- Check-in from 4:00 PM
- Check-out by 10:00 AM
2 Is breakfast included and what does it consist of?
Yes, guests can choose from a selection of coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, biscuits and croissants.
3 What time is breakfast served?
The buffet table is available to guests all day and is self-service.
4 Can I use the kitchen?
No, the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the owners.
5 Do the B&B have to be vacated by a certain time in the morning to allow for daily cleaning?
Cleaning is not done daily except in the case of stays longer than one week.
6 Do the owners live in the B&B?
Yes, the ground floor is for their exclusive use.
7 What floor is the B&B on?
The B&B rooms are located on the first floor of an independent villa. To reach the rooms there is a staircase with 19 steps.
8 Can we enter and exit the B&B at any time?
All guests have their own key and can enter and exit at any time respecting the tranquility of other guests.
9 Is there parking available?
In front of the B&B there is a large free municipal car park.
10 Is there a TV in the rooms?
Yes.
11 Are there smoking rooms?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. There is an external porch space available for smokers.
12 Are linens and towels provided or do I have to bring them?
Bed linen and towels are provided to all guests. They are changed only for stays longer than one week.
13 Is the house suitable for small children (up to three years old)?
Since the rooms are located on the first floor, parents are advised not to leave children alone, especially near the stairs.
